To subscribe with iTunes:

Use the Category feature to Subscribe to a particular show and append ‘/feed/’ to the URL.

For instance clicking on R4nger5 Radio will give you this URL:

Add /feed/ to get http://www.standovermedia.net/category/r4nger5-radio/feed/

In iTunes, choose Advanced > “Subscribe to Podcast.” and Enter the URL.
